TI used to make them, but the cost was about $25/ea. They oloked crappy, too. Came across a hobby catalog that had some the other day, but can't remember who it was - possibly Jameco.
You are corect Bill, TIL 311 is hexadecimal decoder display made by TI and we used them some rears back perhaps a search with texas or digikey should reveal.
