5VLAS Photo Transistor? or wot is this?

I have a few 5VLAS phototransistors which I would like to use but they are four pin devices? This puzzles me.

Any information greatly appreciated.

Hi Clive,
They are 5Volt Light Activated Switches.
I did have some data on these, some time ago, I'll look it up.

I believe its this type, have you seen the date 1984.!

I have had to zip it, it contains the two pages as *.pdf,
let me know if its the same as yours.
