Any idea? Can I implement a 555 timer IC instead of LM741 or LM324? So that whenever motion is detected, an LED will light up.

Motion causes interference in ultrasonic waves. Then an opamp is needed to amplify the interference.
A 555 is a switch or an oscillator, not an amplifier.

Ultrasonic is high frequency sound.
The GL3274 is a preamp for an Infrared Photo-diode that is completely different.
The GL3274 has a limiter that would prevent an infrared circuit from detecting motion.
