3phase motor controller

hello guys !

I am new in the field of micro-controller programming but I know the basic..
That is I can burn the hex file..

I want to create : 3phase motor controller via mobile..
I have made dtmf decoder circuit and it works fine alone...
Now I want to connect the two output pins of dtmf decoder to micro-controller to process it and work as desire..

I am using micro-controller : AT89C51

If code is provided then I will be very glad..
Rest the electronic task I can complete...
I just want appropriate code which suit my needs..

Define: 3 phase: 208, 240, 460 50/60 Hz etc. or are we talking 40 Khz

But, if this 3 phase detector is to detect unbalance, then we have other issues. The above would not be able to detect phase reversal either.
