Its a Transistor and I can seem to find the data Sheet (I think its a transistor)
Its like a T0-220 Package, but the part that mounts on the heatsink looks a bit different.
On It has Written
311/NSDU05 (that 0 is either an O or 0 )
and has marked E B C near the pins
