3000v Spike Snubber Network??!

ok so in this post i had earlier, the transistors are going to be stressed at 3000v spikes coming off of a transformer that is being switched at high frequency....now as for a snubber network for that, is that even practical?! i was thinking like a RCD snubber, but i'm not sure about component values
