3-4 push button switch

I'm just curious if there exist a 3 or 4 way push button switch. For example, the first position would be off. When pressed a component is switched on. Pressed again the first component shuts off while another is activated, and so on, and so on...

Well there is a way to make a normal push button switch do that but it would work by switching additional circuitry that would do the sequencing.

It's actually a pretty simple task with todays small and inexpensive micro-controllers which in turn would turn on and off solid state relays to power the individual items. Are we talking 120vac type items?
