2sc1061 equivalence

Hello,

I'm searching for the equivalent of the 2sc1061 either a or b at the end.
It's part of my father's 4VN-550 JVC amp that I'm trying to resurrect.
On the transistor it only writes "C1061", I managed to find the service manual of the 4VN-770 where they mentioned the full code.

I have already searched the equivalence on the web and the only thing that came up usefull was here:



But the result has the transistor in multiple columns and lines. Are all these equivalent?

It's an NPN silicon transistor, in a TO220 case, 50V, 3A, 25W.

Probably a driver transistor?.

I would suggest a TIP41 should be suitable.

My Jeager guide gives bd243c as pincompatible replacement. Data: 50V, 3A, 25W, 8Mhz.

Oeps before I forget, answhere to your original question,

2SC1061 2SD313 ECG152 2SD526 2SD235, last 4 are equivalents. Since equivalents are usually more heavy types or with better spec's you cannot use the other lines without checking the datasheets for these transistors,
