2N6040 & 2N6043

Hi to everyone,

can anybody give me an idea of what will be the equivalent of 2N6040 & 2N6043 because i have a power amplifier design that requires those devices i mentioned above but the problem was there were no available 2N6040 & 2N6043 in the market. what shall i do? pls help me find an IC that will be a substitute for 2N6040 & 2N6043. tnx
