New to the thread, I work on trolling motors which use circuit boards and DC micro motors for the steering. I’ve been trying to find these 24V DC motors. Info on the housing is
Justinus
P150503-01
R775M-3560-90R
24V DC
I have no idea what the torque or RPM it has. Cannot find anything on internet that is similar to this. I called the company Justinus and they did not want to talk to me at all about it. Im just looking to buy these motors to save some money for some customers instead of having to buy a 500 dollar steering housing. Thanks for any input

Is it not possible to measure the no load RPM of a know good motor. Finding a motor with the same dimensions and the same RPM would be a good start.
As you have given no dimensions and there is nothing in your pictures to give a sense of scale is impossible to suggest alternatives to the original manufacturers motor.

Les.

Can you measure the overall dimensions plus shaft diameter and length?
And, ho much extra space is there in the housing - eg. could it take a longer / larger diameter motor?

There are hundreds of types available, it's just finding an appropriate "drop in" replacement, if there is one.

Maybe some thing like this?

Not sure how/why the link disappeared above.

The common theme being that they are all "775" motors with a (roughly) standard sizing 98x45 and a 5mm shaft.

See also "775 motor specifications"

Looks like we have a winner. Well spotted Buk.

To the OP, can you measure the off load current that the motor draws to give an idea of the power required.

Mike.
