24 volt battery charger for scissor lift

I have a burnt out Thermistor for sure .. cannot read any info to size up a replacement .. 2 .. 25 amp fuses never blew on the board and everything else looks fine .. any help would be appreciated. Thanks .. it's not allowing me to load pics .. part number 4000028000 haulotte

I have all their manuals but they don't have any schematic of the inside of the charger ..

Have you contacted the scissor lift maker for parts?
If you are stateside, there is a Microtemp fuse supplier in Mansfield, Ohio.
