24 Volt 250 Ah Battery Charger circuit Diagram

I am needing to make a battery charger for a 24 Volt deep cycle battery 250Ah



Please could someone point me in the right direction of a suitable circuit.

Sounds like a marine charger, even well experienced hobbyists would probably buy a new one, they are cheap from china.
A multistage charger makes your batteries last longer, there are various ic's around to do the job, and theres allways a microcontroller.
 
You need 30-40 amps charger. Don't try that with linear regulators.

If you plan on running charger from a generator you should look into power factor corrected charger.
