2 phone line switch using a relay

Dear All,

I would appreciate your views and comments on a switch for using 2 phone lines on one phone:

Using a simple DPDT relay.

line quality issues?,

With only one phone then it will be connected to one line when the other line rings and you won't know.
You will be talking on one line when the other line rings and you won't know.
If you switch lines during a call then the first line hangs up.

Get a second phone.
