16-bit RAM with 2-bit address[help]

Help,, I need to make 16-bit RAM with 2-bit address using logic gates and flip/flops.. Any suggestion plss.

Just look at the internal schematics of a shift register with parallel loading....

you are basically making two eight bit registers after all...

I assume that 2-bit address means 2 address lines in which case, you'd want 4 four bit latches and a 2 to 4 address decoder.
