12V motor and PWM

Hi :D

Quick question regarding PWM (16F628) and motors. Is it possible to increase/decrease the speed of a 12V motor using the PWM from the pic? Would using a field effect transistor do the job? Any ideas!

Yes, that's what it's commonly used for, power MOSFET's are often used as the actual driver device.
