i have 12v,7ah lead-acid battery. i would like to charge it using solar panel. how much watt solar panel i need to charge this battery?

Your question isn't that simple. Please look up lead acid battery charging considerations and solar cell output considerations.
 
You can charge at 10 to 25% of the AH rating. So .7 to 1.75 amps. I would shoot for the high side since solar panels give lower output most of the time. So a 15 to 25 watt panel.
