HI,
I am looking for a schematic diagram for a dimmer to dim 120V incandescent lamps at 120V AC. The schematic should take into account for +/- 700W of power.

Any Ideas!

Thanking you all in advance!
Robert

Here is one.
Use a Microwave type Triac.
They are rated at 25 Amps or 3000 watts!
Use a Large Piece of Aluminum or Heatsink.

The easiest way would be to Buy a Dimmer and replace the Triac with a Microwave oven type pictured. The microwave Triac can be purchased at your local Appliance Parts Store.
