110V dc electric motor with 4 wires

So to confirm how to connect motor to power supply like on picture.
( + ) 1 and ( - ) 4 to power supply
2 and 3 connect with wire

- to change direction of rotation of motor switch 1 and 4

You have it correct for one direction.
( + ) 1 and ( - ) 4 to power supply. 2 and 3 connect with wire. (It does not matter which is positive and which is negative.)

Edit. When I first posted I made an error. This should now be correct.
For rotation in the other direction link 3 & 4. Apply power to 1 & 2

I want to test to see in wich direction motor is rotating from post #21 if is not rotating how I want then I will connect to other position 1-2 to power supply and 3-4 connect with wire
 
Use #23 connection and find out which way you want it to turn, if uni-directional application.

I just test motor based on picture from post #23 and motor rotates in both direction
