-10V reference with LM336-5.0

Hi,

I have tried using LM336 for getting reference output of -10V for higher current sourcing using L165 power op-amp. Please note that value of R2 should be 20K and not 10K as shown.

But I find that the L165 gets heated up the moment I switch on the circuit.

What could be the reason. Any other way of achieving this ?
