1/15 HP Emerson Electric Motor hookup

Can someone please help me on wiring hookup for the following motor.

Emerson Motor Division
Model: K37HXNG-334
230 Volt
1/15 HP
60 HZ
1 PH
.95 Amp
3400 RPM
Therm Protectd
Class B
MFG No. (date): B91 8

4 wires total: 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1 red, 1 grn with yel stripe.

Does this motor need a start cap and if so how do i find the correct size?
