0-1ma control circuit needed

I have a motor that runs on a rocker switch. Press one side of the rocker
switch and the motor runs in one direction, let go and press the other side
of the rocker switch and the motor runs in the other direction. The switch
simply reverses the polarity to the D.C. motor.
From the motor I have a feed back signal of 0-1ma D.C.

I want to convert the rocker switch to two seperate toggle switches.
I can take care of that..

Then I need a circuit that will read the feedback 0-1ma d.c. and
at the ma rating of my choice have it disconnect the voltage to the motor.
The correct motor position will be closer to 0 ma than 1ma.
I am guessing around 0.2ma would be close enough to stop the motor.

I want the motor to stop automatically without me having to monitor
the 0-1ma current.

The goal is for me to manually flip one of the switches to start the
motor but have it stop automatically.

The simpler the circuit the better.
