    Interesting replies, Ya I am building a hexpod robot to finish a maze. I will post my robot soon It's not that nice looking as bill showed. For the voltage it requires 6V. and Ya It is a servo motor. Yes Hero999, I need all of them to be working in the same time to maintain certain position.

    I am trying to design a power supply for my servo motor. Number of servo = 18 Servo specification Torque: 347 oz/in @ 4.8V, 403 oz/in @ 6V Speed: .19 sec/60° @ 4.8V, .15 sec/60° @ 6V Current rating i heard it is 2.5A at max not sure .... Any idea how my power supply should be or ratting ?

    To make thing easy, Check any battery datasheet. Look at the graph fast charging will result in low capacity. I mean capacity as AH. So as uber mentioned, slow charging gets higher or more capacity. Just look at any datasheet :)
