for difference type core, electrical parameter of core is not same,we select core based on application requirement, for T50 and T68, due to difference dimension, so Al value is not same. to keep same inductance , you can adjust turns.
dimension of choke depends on your requirement. e.g. current and inductance and DCR, there are AC current and DC current requirement in a choke, there are commom mode choke and storage energy inductor and PFC inductor and difference mode choke and filter about choke range.
for UPS transformer, the current is higher, so we ofter use cooper coil as winding, however we must enough consider safety insolation, you can calculate according to voltage.
