Or I was wondering if one of these boards/kits would be more appropriate as it seems to have more available out of the box. graphic screen, serial screen. LED, inputs etc, etc.

I am looking to create a battery operated device, that connects thru usb to a computer to alter its user settings, and would allow two inputs of EEG and output an A/C signal of + 1 volt capable of being outputted to a polygraph.
