    instead of buying an expensive oscilloscope, i was wondering whether it is possible to uilding an oscilloscope using a high speed ADC, and a computer. i want to know if anyone out there has done anything like this, or has some articles on the design of this type of oscilloscope.

    i think what you are talking about is clustering. it is possible with linux, search for Beowulf on google, and you should get some information on clustering linux pcs. hope this helps

    Mobile Phone Jammer

    I know that to interfere with a phone signal you would have to transmit your own signal at the frequency a mobile phone operates on. I was wondering how you would produce noise in a circuit, and upconvert it to the frequency the phone works on.
