    diode

    Hi I'm about to fixing my speedometer for my motorbike, and just happen to have located the fault. It's a tiny diode from VISHAY/General Semiconductor, on the diode it says 16 and 39. Does anyone have a clue what this means or where I can finde some info about it? thanks in advance Janus
