Thanx; Ive considered mobiles, but their draw back is you only can talk to one person. Im wondering if their was anything else where you could talk on an open channel, to more than just one person, upto a mile, in a built up area. I guess there is nothing like that in the uk anyway :(
Here a silly question requiring a sensible knowledgeable answer. Is it possible to purchase a handheld/portable 2 way radio sets/ transcievers in England that will transmitt to a range of 1 mile, or more for little to no operational cost, in an inner city environment (birmingham)????. If so...
