Getting 5V and at least 500mA from LT1302
i've seen this diagram on LT1302 from LT datasheet and tried to adapt it randomly to my needs.

My goal is to get 5V out of that IC, but I failing big time...
i've seen this diagram on LT1302 from LT datasheet (https://i54.tinypic.com/a9v01y.png) and draw it in LTSpice (https://i52.tinypic.com/6jeseh.png) but when i run the simulation instead of the 12V output i get ~1.8V (https://i56.tinypic.com/vncqp2.png) why?
My goal is to get 5V out of that...
