Searching for Synchronous Buck converter NFETs?

here they say the ratio should be less than one, not hundred, page 28: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps40075.pdf?ts=1712943946891&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F

Searching for Synchronous Buck converter NFETs?

No, I don´t know that, never head about such criteria ever. Where did you get that from?

    Household product with offline PSU?

Why would they be ilegal? They are just so much unpractical that users would hate to buy it. If you havent noticed such psus lay in the dust on the ground all year long and if they really needed those holes for cooling then the psu wouldnt last long before it overheats.

    Mosfet Hartley Oscillator.

Do you plan to do everything with just a single transistor? It might be more efficient and generally better to use a small transistor for the oscillator and then a big transistor as a power stage. Also, what kind of ion thruster runs on AC?

    Mosfet Hartley Oscillator.

Why are you using such a huge transitor for an oscillator?

    im looking for a CY62158ELL-45ZSXIT 44pin chip

I would look for some other 8MBit SRAM in the same package, then check pin compatibility and timing. https://cz.farnell.com/c/semiconductors-ics/memory/sram?velikost-pameti=8mbit

Maybe try finding a compatible replacement

    Heatsink mounting kit for TO247?

What hardware? mica isolators are definitely available, and you don´t need the nylon isolating washer for the screw since the hole in the package is isolated.

RF modules which can handle high number of bytes per second

nope, 4 kbps is 4 kilobits per second. 4 kBps is 4 kilobytes per second.

    Dog Scarer

First of all, I am an owner of a nosey young dog, if she were without leash in a park and I didn´t watch her and anticipate what she is inevitably going to do, then it is my fault as the dog owner and not the fault of my poorly behaved dog. If you can go confront the owner of the dog, maybe they...

Making a little daughter PCB look like a SOIC8...(the legs)

not sure if I made myself clear enough, the two pcbs are parallel with an isolating shim between and standoffs maintaining rigidity. Power pcb with thick copper, control pcb with fine traces and smds. I did mines single sided mount with lots of testpoints like this...

Making a little daughter PCB look like a SOIC8...(the legs)

You can also put the driver and control pcb on the bottom side of the power board, have it screwed in and just run vertical connector to each of the mosfets.

Inrush into 4.3mF capacitor at output of Boost PFC (240VAC mains)?

Why do you even bother with a PFC if you have a 4300uF cap right there after the rectifier? Your power factor will be horrible and no PFC circuit after that can help you. Datasheet of the controller says the primary cap should be 100uF which still seems rather high, but could be inside the...
