    BC107A (TO18) and BC327B (TO-92) SOT23 equivalent

Thank you. That’s interesting to know. The journey the PCB have taken are step by step, I originally made on veroboard, then cnc’ed the circuit myself using copper and a cnc3040, I have now developed the PCB using easy eda and now I’m trying to go fully surface mount. Example of one of my boards...

Thank you. I’ll look and order some.

    BC107A (TO18) and BC327B (TO-92) SOT23 equivalent

Mike. Thanks for the reply, Mainly switching reply’s on and off from a PIC controller. High side and low side of the relay coil.

    BC107A (TO18) and BC327B (TO-92) SOT23 equivalent

Good morning all. Wonder if anyone could help in advising 2 equivalent transistors to replace a NPN BC107A package type TO-18 and PNP BC327B package type TO-92. I have been using these devices for a while but going more and more surfaces mount and these are probably the last components I need to...

    I have no idea?

Looking for off-the-shelf display to use in a PIC project

Look at Nextion Displays. Using UART and can be used stand alone. Very easy to implement into any project Jason

    Old Components

Yeah, I think these were given to me when we did some surplus stock scrapping. I bet the cost a future, be a shame to throw them. Thank you for looking. I couldn’t find anything for the MCE ones either. Could probably get a data sheet from work but not that bothered really. Just trying to make...

Hey ETO. Sorting out old components, any idea what theses are (apart from the EEPROM UV ERASE)

    Voltage switching for motor power

Thank you. Just tried that and worked. Video of motor control via pwm high side

    Voltage switching for motor power

Your right. The pwm of the 2n2222a on the low side of the motor power does not work. It seems there is an internal ground link within the module. So therefore the ground I’m switching is useless. I have tried to swap the 2n2222a to high side of the motor and that did not work either. It’s back...

    Voltage switching for motor power

Thank you. Mmm, adding the fly back diode maybe a problem. What you said is true and this is how I’m controlling the power for the motor, but I am pushing the power into the board attached. The board attached controls my direction and so on, do I just put the diode across the positive and...

    Voltage switching for motor power

Sorry, I’ll draw it up and take a picture but the B, C & E are Base, Collector & Emitter. Sorry wasn’t clear on my explanation.

    Voltage switching for motor power

Ok. I have configured the PIC to output a PWM signal and I have wired up a 2N2222a. B to the the PWM via a 1k resistor. C to one side of the dc motor and the E to ground. What’s the best way to configure the hardware. I’m trying to see if using PWM will work.

    Voltage switching for motor power

Was you thinking a servo motor, already looked at them! Lol

    Voltage switching for motor power

but…. Thinking about it I am monitoring the motor with no load, so maybe the 50mA will increase alittle but not sure it will go that much higher, the load is not a lot of friction
