    Hi, Different PCB company have different Capabilities, larger is better. usually track to edage of the board (outline) 10mil at least, if the clearance is not enough, the copper will be exposed, or cut the track to meet 10mil. Vias to outline 16mil. Hong bin

    Hi Nickelflippr, Yes, Aluminum boards are expensive than FR4, if 0.7W max of heat,then FR4 should be ok, but it seems the diameter of each pcb is small, the boards should be done by panel. Like I said, the pricing changes for the board size and the quantity your order and something else...

    Hi Eddie, Which design software you use? eagle or protel or autocad or altium designer or Orcad or something esle, you can try to convert the artwork to gerber file. don't forget to output a Excellon drill file and aslo output a tool list, Plated and non-plated holes included... Regards...
