    Here is a link I found that will describe the circuit. You might try digi key or allied electrontics for it. Search for dc circuit breaker or Proxy Switch. http://www.polyswitch.com/04Databook/F07_power_(176-178).pdf

    Why not just wire in a circuit breaker / Proxy switch that will trip when the motors current draw spikes from the motor hitting the end of its travel path?
