Thanks for the reply... Could i just jumps the mains to power the capacitors skipping the pulsing circuit? Then just enable a switch at the output to the lamp?

I have a disco strobe light, potentiometer is at the back, with controls the rate of FPS.
My question is, is there any way to convert it into a camera strobe, just with 1 shot per trigger? How would i convert it?
