Further to the above, I noticed the power light comes on when unconnected to anything, so is self powering [battery?]. Is there any way I can find a driver for this as all the listed drivers on the company site are for later models.
I only described it as a joystick plug as I was told that was what it was. But it's on the end of the lead from the midi, so maybe it's a midi gameport? It has two rows of pins, top row 7, bottom row 8, and the adaptor I got says SuperJoy Box 7 USB Game Port Adapter. It has a switch labelled P -...
I should add that I couldn't use it due to not having a game port, but have now used a joystick to USB converter, and the power light comes on when plugged into a USB port, but nothing else happens. I have Midi Studio Generation 6 software and wondered if this would work with it.
I have an Evolution MK-7 midi keyboard but no software CD. Is there anywhere I can download the necessary drivers to run it with Windows XP SP3?
The keyboard was a present years ago and I've never used it but would like to now. Trouble is I can't find the CD or any trace of downloads available...
