    H044 R4727 IGBT

    Hello everybody, new in here, i try to find a replacement for this IGBT, (actually i think it is an IGBT, it looks like one..) H044 R4727 IGBT, does anybody have an idea of a replacement for that?It is used in an electric welding machine. A datasheet will be very helpful too...
