    DFT Fourier, lengh an cosine

First merry christmas to all :) Question: DFT length 1.Does the lenght N of the DFT input signal need to be the periodic lenght with x[n]=x[n+N] to to give the right output signal? I mean if I have a quantisized signal, with many many points, then I have first to find the right lenght N by...

Hey Guys, I have a question :) its abou an npn Transistor in common emitter circuit and pnpn Thyristor. Transistor Thyristor P ___________________________________________ N...

Help with MOSFET circuit to control Muscle Wire

If current is flowing trough the mosfet you got also voltage drop Vdrain-to-source on it,on datasheet i read 0.8 Volt, so your wuscle wire gets 2.9 Volt...maybe thats the reason?

    Comparator

Hello Guys, i have a little question, if i use a comparator with single supply (+5V, 0V), is it possible to campare negative input voltages like in+ = -4V in-=-2V ? Thanks to all

    diode

i did it, but cant understand the results, the voltage on the zener also goes lower... i mean, the resistive divider schould make 10 Volt on R2, but with the working zener it schould be 5V, but to get the zener to work, there schould flow a minimum zener current, in the simulation it also...

and what happen if it goes lower?

How to create multiple simultaneous signal sources from a single reference source?

Yeah, with a Pll you can also get output signals with another frequecy if you use an divider.

    diode

yeah your right, ill try it again, the cuurent through R1 is (100-5)/R1=0.00105A, the current through R2 is 5/R2=0.0005A. the current through D is the drifference of them, wich is 0.0005..A. but this current is to smal for the zener diode? will it work anyway and hold the 5 V output?

    diode

Helloo :) have a question about diodes an lt spice, lets say we have a zener diode (5V zener voltage, 10 mA zener current). does this mean, that if the reverse current is smaler then the zener current, the reverse voltage could get higher then the zener voltage? lets say i have a voltage soure...

    Open-Collector Comparator

No Problems with pull up resistor :D Just wanted to understand the things right :D Ok in this case, i am not sure why, but i thougt it is an open collector .. Thank you all again :)

    Open-Collector Comparator

Ok thank you , so even tough the lt1716 is an open collector output ist doesnt need an externel pull up resistor, right?

    Open-Collector Comparator

Thank you all for the answers, im comig from the software field so its a bit hard to understand the things for me.. first, my question was about lt1716 ond not lt6700 But you have used for the lt 6700 pull up resistor R1 and R2 and my question was if this is also neccesary for the lt1716 ...

    Open-Collector Comparator

Thank you for your answer, Yeah and this is the part wich i could not understand well, it seems to work like a cmos type rigth?:D if i make the supply rail +5V and 0 V, it has on the output 5v and 0V without external pull up, because it has one internal, right?
