Hi all,

Is there Ic's that do the job?
I need one to substitute the old uPC1701C from Nec that has the datasheet in Japanese.

The IC will be used to turn on/off a triac and is important not to have RF.

Are you looking for phase control for dimming, or just on-off. If on-off, something like this will work: https://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/MO/MOC3163-M.pdf

But that's without knowing how your using it.

This is the circuit I'd like to modify, Driver_Triac is uPC1701C.
