Thanks Sarma but I'm far from proud of my pcb design skills... (they got better since this board - but not much better) ... This is just "scan" of one board done with this HCl+H2O2 (the only one I have lying around that I could put into scanner as this one is not used ever).

Unfortunately I do not have a fancy microscope to take a picture (closer look) at the edges of the tracks, but they are fairly sharp, no underetching, I hope it can be seen on this 300dpi scan.
