can anyomnne give me the equivalent to this legged eeprom. I am working on it with seeprog kit .I have read it as 2408 ,but dont want to write into it until i know what type it is ,incase i damage the data.I'm new to these things ,can anyone recommend a beginners guide to eeprom programming /understanding the data etc .I will be starting from scratch
