What kind of Transistor is TR147 B ?

I got TR 147 Tansistor in a small circuit in a battery charger circuit that detects 15.00 voltage and cuts off the charger. But unfortunately, this transistor has been damaged and I want to replace it.But its not available in my local market. Also, I didn't find any datasheet on the internet. So, if someone of you know about it or its substitution, please let me know.

Its a NPN transistor (as can be seen from the circuit), if that helps.
