An amplifier is constructed with the NewFET as shown in Figure3.
For the NewFET biased into the the active region, 0 < VT =< vIN =< VS, what is the expression of vOUT as a function of vIN in terms of the power supply voltageVS, the resistance R, and the NewFET parameters, K and VT?

you have equation for Id given:

Id = K(vgs-Vt)vds^2

thenusing KVL:

Vout=Vs- R*Id
 
This is the 3rd question about a newFET that we and Google know nothing about.
Instead of posting a schematic as a GIF or PNG file type, why did you post a WORD Document instead??
