Video Of LCD 1602 Character Set

Hi,

I thought you guys might like to see a video of the 1602 in action showing the entire character set. The character at hex 0x00 however is custom made because the display does not have a backslash installed but rather has the symbol for the Yen at hex 0x5C (92 decimal).
You can see the entire set this way, pausing the video if needed.
Note that characters 0x01 through 0x0F are not programmed so their character graphics are just random dots.
Also, character 0x20 is just a space so it shows up as a blank, and any character code that is not supported shows up as a blank also. Code 0xFF is a solid block taking up the whole character grid for that character as you will see.
