Hi Guys.
I would like to know how to Trigger the one shot timer by using a 555, from the moment clock radio goes on. I will have to connect the 555 to the little speaker. The 555 circuit is simple, but how do I interface Pin2 of 555 to speaker??

Is the 555 part of the timer, or are you using two 555s?
The interface may depend on the clock characteristics.
Is the clock radio mains powered or battery powered?
If mains powered, is the mains plug 2-pin or 3-pin (i.e. has a ground connection)?
What will power the 555 circuit?

Measure the voltage level from the Speaker, then use a small signal transistor like BC 547 to trigger the 555
may be like this
