    Some Intel history <g>

    1974:8080

8080 Found in traffic-light controllers, as well as within the Altair computer (the legendary first PC), the 8080 was the first widely accepted microprocessor.

Ah, the old traffric light control homework assignment returns, as it usually does about this time of year.

The "similar projects" block at the bottom of the page bears evidence of my remark.

It's usually followed by UPS project requests and strangely a Crane.

Wonder why students don't do "Browns Gas" assignments?

other than the given elements in the circuit here, u need 4 IR sensor pairs, LM324N IC to compare received voltage from IR detector and a potentiometer to set a reference voltage for this IC.
