Thermal resistance of SMPS control chip [Rth(JA)]

Hello,
On page 2 of the LTC3892 datasheet it says that the Rth(JA) for the LTC3892 is 30degC/W
Do you know what were the mounting conditions necessary to get that 30degC/W?
( eg....mounted on an FR4 PCB of 4 inches square and with 1 inch square of thermal copper on the top side connected to the heat pad, and thermal vias to the copper bottom of the board)?
