I am designing a 415v, 50hz, 0.5hp induction motor drive using the proteus 7.7 software but i'm kind of confused in the kind of drive 2 use since there are no drivers for 1200v igbt switches in d software. Pls, I want 2 know if there's a way i can manipulate the 600v drivers (like the IR2110) to suite this purpose. Is it also possible for me to use a not gate ic like DM74LS04 as a driver for the inverter cct? If so i'll appreciate it if i got the circuit layout. I'll truly appreciate replies to these questions. Thanks in advance.
