SimuLink and RTW compiling custom S-function

We have a SimuLink model of one of our drives and we need to provide it to our customer so they can integrate it into their system model.

However, we do not want to provide the model as-is. We have the “Real Time Workshop” blockset to compile the model down to a single (effectively encrypted) model. The problem is the Simulink has custom S-functions to describe the SR machine.

Does anyone have any experience of RTW and compiling S-function?
