Produce Vref around 1.2V

Hi, attached is my circiut where the Vref is now around 1.6V.

Need to produce around 1.2V the Vref.

by changing M6 and M4 to MOSFET DIODE (which i have already chnage) and replace R1 and R2 with Mosfet resistor.

By changing this both, Vref still need to be 1.2V. Any idea whether the MOSFET DIODE change is correct? and How to replace the R1 and R2 with MOSFET resisitor with the corect value of R? Any help
