Problem in programmer of P89VRD2

Hi I am facing problem in programmer of P89VRD2 i am using following circuit and flash magic Software but i find this error massage i(screen shot) i have tried every baud rates but failed please help me out
i have tried with com port as wel as USB to Serial Converter but problem is same

attach a slide switch to psen & gnd.
In ISP mode, PSEN must be low.

if it still does not work,
ensure p2.6 & p2.7 are not connected to anything. If so, install a pullup resistor on both lines.
