I am final year student I am doing engineering in electronics and communication fields. I have three month two complete my degree I have sent thousand of mail and and made dozen of phone calls but I have found nothing

now days microcontroller, vlsi circuit used everywhere there are several project make based on the embedded system and vlsi technology .

I have read lot about microcontroller and vlsi technology in books but anyone ask me question how you will be design mobile phone, laptop, or simple project based on microcontroller I know the make with digital circuit like gates memory

but I don't have idea how they make in industry I don't know about industrial level knowledge . I don't know how employes work for their company , whats their role for projects how they complete their project ( laptop mobile phone , microcontroller based projects

I know this question is very difficult to answer really I am so frustrated I am asking someone who has experience , please share your experience for every fresher

In industry a project is often assigned to a team because time to market is very important. The size of the team is loosely linked to the complexity of the project. The team may include hardware, firmware, software and programmable hardware specialists. As the project progress people from manufacturing and testing added.

In most cases the team will be provided with a set of specifications they have to meet including performance, price point and a target date. In some cases a project not finished by target date is killed.

Team meetings are used to coordinate between engineers and iron out difficulties or differences.

At the start of the project the hardware types will design the hardware and layout a PCB. While they are doing this the firmware and software people are busy getting the part done. By the time the non hardware people get a PCB they need to have a significant part of the code development done. This mean that they will have to worked with simulators or development boards as targets prior to having hardware.
